Product Details
greenhouse structure:Hot-dip galvanized steel
Hot-dip galvanized steel forms a dense zinc layer on the surface of the steel, which can effectively block the contact between the steel pipe and the outside world, thus enhancing the corrosion resistance of the steel, because of this, the service life of the galvanized steel pipe is very long, and the service life can be up to 20 years in the normal environment.
Covering material:Polycarbonate Sheet Greenhouse
Polycarbonate Sheet Greenhouse set lighting, heat preservation, sound insulation in one, can shade the sun and rain, but also heat preservation and light transmission, with light weight, weather resistance, super strong, flame retardant, sound insulation excellent performance.
Cooling System
The wet curtain is on one side of the greenhouse and is constantly soaked by water through the pump system. The outside air passes through the wet surface of the wet curtain when it is drawn into the greenhouse by the fan. Air absorbs water through evaporation and then cools. The cooled air circulates in the greenhouse, reducing the overall temperature of the greenhouse.
cooling system:cooling fan
The cooling fan is a fundamental component of greenhouse cooling systems, essential for regulating temperatures and creating an optimal environment for plant growth.
Description of the cooling system
Wet curtain: Evaporative cooling pads are installed on one end or along one side of the greenhouse. These pads are usually made of cellulose material and are designed to be highly absorbent. Water is continuously pumped over these pads to keep them wet.
Water Distribution System: A water distribution system consisting of pipes or tubes with nozzles or drippers is installed above the cooling pads. This system ensures that water is evenly distributed over the entire surface area of the pads.
Water Reservoir: A water reservoir, often located outside the greenhouse, holds the water supply for the cooling pads. This reservoir may be connected to a water source and may include a float valve to maintain the water level.
Cooling Fan: Large exhaust fans are installed on the opposite end or side of the greenhouse from the cooling pads. These fans draw air through the wet cooling pads and expel it outside the greenhouse. The fans create negative pressure inside the greenhouse, pulling air through the pads.
Airflow Control: The airflow through the cooling pads and greenhouse is controlled by adjusting the speed and operation of the cooling fans. This can be done manually or automatically using environmental control systems.
Process Occurs:
Water continuously flows over the cooling pads, saturating them and keeping them wet.
As warm air from inside the greenhouse passes through the wet pads, the water evaporates, absorbing heat from the air.
The now cooler and more humid air is drawn into the greenhouse by the exhaust fans and circulated throughout the growing area.
This process effectively lowers the temperature inside the greenhouse, providing a comfortable environment for plants to thrive.
