Electric film winder operation instructions
Loosen the locking screws on the two travel adjusting buttons of the electric film winder, turn the travel adjusting buttons, so that the two tooth ring boss are not pressed on the microswitch contact. Switch the reversing switch of the power supply. The electric shutter starts to work. At this time, confirm the positions of "rolling film direction" and "releasing film direction" of the power supply reversing switch.
The power switch is placed in the "winding film direction" position, turn any one of the stroke adjustment buttons by hand, so that the gear ring boss presses the contact of the micro-switch (can feel the click sound), at this time if the electric shutter motor stops rotating, it indicates that the adjustment button is used to adjust the "winding film" direction travel. If the motor does not stop rotating, it indicates that another adjustment button is used to adjust the direction travel of the "roll film".
Set the power commutator switch to the position of "film direction", rotate the "film direction" travel adjustment knob by hand to adjust the film travel, and gently pull up the knob after confirming the film travel. Place the power supply in the position of "film release direction", rotate the "film release direction" travel adjustment knob by hand to adjust the film release stroke. After confirming the film release stroke, gently pull up the knob.
