If you want to grow edible fungi, what kind of greenhouse should you build?
1. Greenhouse skeleton
As the support structure of the mushroom greenhouse, the skeleton must be strong and durable. Hot dip galvanized steel pipe has become the material of edible mushroom greenhouse structure because of its strong corrosion resistance and high durability. Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe not only provides stable physical support for mushroom greenhouse, but also can withstand the test of bad weather to ensure the service life of greenhouses.
2. Cover material
In order to create a suitable microenvironment, the choice of covering materials is particularly important. The inner layer adopts drip-free film, which can ensure the stability of humidity in the greenhouse. In cold areas, a layer of rock wool can be added in the middle as a thermal insulation layer, which can effectively isolate the influence of external temperature difference on the environment in the greenhouse. The black and white film on the outer layer can not only reflect sunlight, reduce the adverse effect of high temperature on the growth of fungi, but also play a certain role in insulation when it is cold. The outermost overhead can be covered with a sunshade net to further regulate the light and temperature in the greenhouse.
3. Temperature control
For the growth of edible fungi, temperature is a very critical factor. In the summer in hot areas, atomization cooling can be installed in the middle of the sunshade net and the outermost layer of the shed film, and a set of micro-spray irrigation can be installed inside the greenhouse to cool down, which can control the internal temperature within the appropriate range. When the temperature difference is needed to stimulate the emergence of edible fungi, the temperature can be increased by the cloaking method, and then the micro-spray system can be used to reduce the temperature.
4. Greenhouse ventilation
A good ventilation system is essential for the healthy growth of edible fungi. The mushroom greenhouse is equipped with negative pressure fans and vents to ensure the circulation and renewal of air. The negative pressure fan can discharge the hot air inside the greenhouse, and the vent can adjust the internal air flow under different weather conditions to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the bacteria shed are appropriate.
