What are the characteristics of the sunshine board?
(1) Light transmission: PC sunlight board light transmission rate of up to 89%, can be beautiful with glass. UV coated plate in the sun will not produce yellowing, atomization, poor light transmission, ten years later, light transmission loss is only 10%, PVC loss rate is 15%-20%, glass fiber is 12%-20%.
(2) Anti-impact: the impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 30 times that of acrylic plate of the same thickness, 2-20 times that of tempered glass, and there is no crack with the following two meters of 3kg hammer, and there is the reputation of "non-broken glass" and "ring steel".
(3) Anti-ultraviolet: One side of the PC board is co-extruded with anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating, and the other side has anti-condensation treatment, which integrates anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-fogging functions. It can block the passage of ultraviolet rays, and is suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits from ultraviolet damage.
(4) Light weight: the proportion is only half of the glass, saving the cost of transportation, unloading, installation and support frame.
